I hadn’t thought about it before but seeing your mirror against a standard one is interesting. I’m guessing that’s light escaping from the back. I’m not an expert but it may not be possible to get it any brighter without losing the contrast of the writing?

Size wise that looks like it’s going to be a great mirror, same sort of size as I want to do my next one. Are you custom building a frame?

But I’m sure it’ll be quicker out of the holiday season.

Yeah I’m satisfied with the 6mm, but would still like to try other thicknesses. I’m still experimenting with different surfaces behind the glass to make it reflective as this does affect the colour, It is definitely darker than a regular mirror.

I’ve uploaded a picture (excuse the wires, I’ve only just started the build), this should give you a good idea of the colour difference against a regular glass mirror.

@speirsoj01 Thanks, I was looking at the 4mm ultra mirror, are you satisfied with the 6mm? How log did it take to deliver?

I ordered the 6mm two way glass to size, they called me back within 48 hours to take payment and verify the order.

Slight circus mirror affect when far away at certain angles but good.
