The problem is when I have a recurring event where I have had to change the date of individual events within a recurring series.

For example, having a calendar for rubbish bin collection, every other Friday for “Recycling” is fine but where there’s a bank holiday and the date is not on the Friday, but the Saturday, I have moved the event. The original Friday is still showing on the default calendar as it is not taking into account the overriding “RECURRENCE-ID;VALUE=DATE:########” in the google ics file even when they have the same UID.

Thanks!
