<![CDATA[Display what would you buy?]]>I am going to buy a display and i found this but want to have your opinion, which display you would go for and why thatr display is the best for me.
I can not go over 18 inch and not below 15 inch as it needs to fit the location where i planed to put it up.

But it doesn’t have a hdmi input, so it would need an adapter.

And about the color of the frame, it should not be an issue, if it is, just use some “eltejp” or black vinyl, or just paint it black.

Buying bigger things outside the EU you will have to pay toll and taxes on it. Not worth it.

The small ones usually are dirt cheap!

The LED monitors often has a stronger light output/contrast are therefor better suited for a magicmirror, but a normal tft/ccfl screen works also. It’s more up to the lighttransmissin of your mirror in the end.

As my RPI got HDMI and the controller board have that to as you see in the description of the screen.

Also, if you have a microcenter close to you they usually have refurb monitors for like $35

edit: I also picked up a small hdmi tv from the pawnshop for $30. You can also find some decent screens at the goodwill.
