As the PI prices go up and it’s getting insanely pricy, i was wondering if a used laptop with touch screen can be used as MM2 display with a touch screen feature?
If so, what laptop is recommended and what OS should i run on it?

I’m looking to build a dedicated screen for chores, alarms and reminders for kids.

We don’t provide any touch support in the base modules, but there are a few. Chores has one

The os is not important. MagicMirror runs on Windows, Linux or Mac
