Can I pop this off? Will it screw up my display by allowing light to leak out?</p>
<p dir="auto">(My mirror surface is much bigger than my monitor’s surface area, if that makes a difference.)</p>
<p dir="auto">Or: should I not bother and just keep the metal bezel in tact because it won’t net any better of a display?</p>

Other area not covered by bezel (outside the monitor), you simply add black/dark tape/paper/paint.</p>
