It was the best website I used it for your query also. You can download songs from soundcloud using something like this soundcloud downloader Just paste in the URL of the soundcloud song. And you get a mp3 download.

And in that case choose a nuc pc or similar to power it all.

About touch, the best way is probably an IR frame over the mirror.
