<![CDATA[Standard module: Clock]]>You could be introduced to the config options to disable showing the date (on top the clock).
When we use the calendar_monthly we have duplicated the date (and a waste of valuable space :))

You can look at the module page here and It has a new option for showDate. But remember update the magic mirror first by doing Git Pull

Right now the code is sitting the devolve branch of the Magic Mirror GitHub once it has been testing and confirm it works. Most likely they will merge it to the master branch.
