Now, nodejs & npm versions are 9.8.0 and 5.6.0. When I executed (pm2 restart MagicMirror), it is showing enabled and online but I’m unable to load it. Please help.

Yes, they are outdated. Follow @E3V3A’s directions on how to update those.
