Where to buy Magic Mirror glass?
-
Can you find appropriate glass at Home Depot?
-
No. Glass shop would be the best chance. There’s some funky brand name for it, but it’s the same stuff.

Tap Plastics has some good choices if you have one in the area.

For my glass, I found that twowaymirrors.com was suuuper expensive. I ended up putting a post out on facebook to see if anyone knew someone who worked with glass - specifically two way mirror glass. Luckily, somebody replied and I found a source that is literally 10X cheaper than I was quoted online. Maybe try putting out some feelers? You never know who’s got the right connections!

Still looking, are there any in the Toronto area? Thank you ! :)

I’m in Canada and had a hard time finding decently priced two-way mirror glass. I did find a Canadian company that offers acrylic two-way mirror that offers free shipping in Canada. Highly suggest checking them out:

Or, if you want glass and not acrylic, I just called a few window/mirror shops in the area and was able to find a glass supplier that priced me a 14"x24" glass two way mirror for ~$125 CAD. I definitely prefer the look of glass to acrylic as acrylic can bend and have a bit of a fun-house look to it. However, glass is more expensive. -
@trawson Where are you? I found a place easily enough, just a local glass place in the next town.

I’m in Mississauga and I will check out smartmirrors :)
The glass 14" X 24" sounds great. Is that glass company in Toronto area.
Thanx

@TheGeekfather I’m in Calgary and just found it from a local glass shop. I believe they sourced it from Crystal Glass. I got three different quotes, all priced wildly different, so it pays to make a few phone calls.
smartmirrors.ca is great if you want an acrylic version.
