Automatically Adding a quotation at the start and end of each paragragh for Random Quotes

I have a document that contains quotes I would very much like to use these quotes in the Randon Quotes module.
the problem is the the way the quotes are formatted in the Randon Quotes module is with quotation at the start and end of each quote.
My document looks like the one below and has about 1000 pages
