black image after update google assistant
-
I have done an update to my google assistant and now I only have a black screen (if I disable the google assistant in the config.js the mirror will work) what should I do now?
-
@raf look in the console where u started MM (or pm2 logs) to see if there are any errors
and also look in the developers window
ctrl-shift-i, select the tab labeled console
and scroll up to see any errors -

@raf thats the cause of the black screen, I don’t see any info on fixing it expect this note
Don't forget to do ALL electron-rebuild steps.
so, lets try
cd ~/MagicMirror npm install electron-rebuild cd modules/MMM-GoogleAssistant ~/MagicMirror/node_modules/.bin/electron-rebuild
then try to start MM again
