Has anyone of you here successfully implemented an IR touch frame/touch screen overlay in your smart mirror? If so, then where did you get your IR frame (a model number would be really helpful) from? Also, what OS is your Raspberry Pi running on, and did you have to create your own driver/software for the IR frame to work?

I ordered a 24" touch frame (Model number: XT-IR-24-10) from AliExpress. After reading some threads here involving IR touch frames, I started questioning if it is actually doable. The supplier told me that their IR frame is not compatible with Raspberry Pi, and that I would have to create my own software if I want it to work on Android. Luckily, I was able to cancel my order before they could ship it. Now I’m being careful not to jump the gun again and want to make sure my plan will work.

      Thank you all in advance.
