Ideal mirror light transmission percentage for high light environment

Hi All,
Please assist me with my mirror choices. What would be the ideal light transmission percentage to go for a high light environment? I have tried 5%, 20% and 30% and it seems 20% is better for my reflection, however I see many projects using very low light transmission. What is the ideal number?
