Camera Motion turns on mirror but no motion turns screen black and not to sleep

The below module but with a black screen when no motion is detected. Is this possible? I am not sure where to start?

Update: I did try and find someone on freelancer if they are interested in doing this module for a reasonable fee. Anyone here interested?
