@sdetweil yes I’ve come to that conclusion after attempting to redo the same piece of glass 3 times.

Hello, I just started my first magic mirror project. I’ve built my frame and I bought a piece of glass from home Depot thinking I was just going to buy the film and add it on myself, however the film that I applied doesn’t seem to be as reflective as other projects that I’ve seen. I’m not sure if it’s the specific kind of film that I purchased, but it seems to be way more transparent and not as much of a “mirror” as I’d like it to be. Also, I’m not sure if anyone else has this problem, but it is very difficult to put the film on without getting any debris in between the glass and film. So I have a lot of imperfections and bumps in mine. I’d like to know if anybody has run into this problem as well and has a solution for this.
