The Problem is: i cant record sound with my USB soundcard microphone.

When i try:

rec test.wav

I only recive:

rec FAIL formats: can't open input  `default': snd_pcm_open error: No such file    or directory

And this works:

AUDIODEV=hw:0 rec test.wav trim 0 5

my Raspi allways restarts after a while… sometimes 30seconds some times 5 minutes :( i cant define the problem better :(

How can i log the crashes? or someone have the same issues?

I think its the power cable its an bad one… sometimes i see a flash on the top right
