Newsfeed with picture

Hi guys,
I have been trying to find a newsfeed module that also would show the respective picture to the news story. I find the headlines standing alone kind of boring and it would look cooler to have the picture shown as well.
Is there a ready made news feed module including rss + picture that I could use ? -
