Can't access per browser, whitelist?

Hi together!
i installed the software per automatic install, it works well, the pi booted and the software open on the monitor.
But i want have access from another device, and it doesn’t work.
if i type http://localhost:8080 on my raspberry browser, i get the correct screen, if i type this url on my laptop, there comes only the message "Beim Verbinden mit 192.168.178.33 trat ein Fehler auf. "

in config.js i set the whitelist to " ipWhitelist: []," but it doesn’t work =( can somebody help me pls?

@Dodo88 you also have to change address:

to

address:"0.0.0.0",

as

address:"localhost"  

means ONLY apps INSIDE the same machine can connect
