EXT-TelegramBot

I have installed EXT-telegram. I can use the the /commands and the mirror responds but when I try to send message nothing happens.
does anyone know how to fix this?

Which version did you installed? bugsounet’s EXT-telegramBot? Or my MMM-TelegramBot?

I installed ext version. I have tried everything to send a message but nothing seems to work
