      Hello :)
I want to build a MagicMirror and I have an esp8266 lying around.
I was wondering if it is possible to run the MagicMirror software on the Esp to save some money (I’m a student).
I know that i need an HDMI Modul or something to get an output but maybe it would be worth it.

      or it’s a dumm idee
      apologize in advance

@Steuber hi, first thing you have to decided what kind of screen you want to use. This is important because the esp module will have serious problems with big screens, anithing in color over 6 inches it will be pretty much impossible to drive with an esp8266 module because the small ram available.
