Background Animation

Hello guys, just a question. is its possible to have a background animation for example if the weather module says that is raining that a background animation starts with rain? i hope u can understand what i mean because my english is not the best :-)

@fischi87 it certainly possible, I don’t know that anybody’s done it.
it does take a bit of processing power to do the animation .
