recommended ical calendar host with basic http auth

to start with, Google doesn’t support basic http auth with their calendars when accessing via ical, so you have to make the calendar public to the world. not happening.

What calendar providers do you all recommend that support ical with basic http auth, preferably one that can sync with a google calendar?
