Run time Movement of Modules across Page

Hi All,

I have seen module hide/show is available but just wanted to do a quick check Is it possible to change the position of modules at run time?
Lets say, based on config file
Module A is on top, Module B on Bottom.
I wanted to exchange their position at runtime
