v4l2rtsp server issue on pizero

I have a raspberry pi zero with the Raspberry Pi Camera v2.1. I am trying to make it stream video and work with the MMM-RTSPStream module installed on the main Rapsberry Pi 3 but am getting errors.
I am setting up the RTSP stream using instructions found on https://zoneminder.blogspot.com/p/rasbpeery-pi-zero-camera.html and when I get tosudo systemctl start v4l2rtspserverI get an error and nothing happens
I noticed that the file referenced in the system file I had to create does not exist in theusr/binbut I found it inhome/pi/v4l2rtspserverlocation so I used the terminal to copy it over. However that did not fix the issueCamera I am using: https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/raspberry-pi-camera-module-v2-1-with-mount
Any help you can provide with this is appreciated
