calenderExt2 scroll the notifactions?

is their a way to make the events scroll in my monthly calendar view?

No. I tried overflowed events scrolling on my other module MMM-CalendarExt but, RPI3 couldn’t handle it with its performance. Maybe RPI4 would have better power, but many users are still using RPI3.
