Creating a text box that scrolls continuously horizontally

I have the Penguin Dictionary of quotations, is there there a way of scrolling the text continuously like with the news feed but horizontally

Below is where I think it would would fit best since some quotes are quite long.

In a MS Word format the dictionary is 85 Pages at about 500000 words

i haven’t seen anything specifically like this, but there is a newsfeed ticker that scrolls horizontally in the 3rd party modules list

The problem there is this

It is geared for a news feed and I don’t know how to change that to the content of my choice.

The scroll window is small so in the case of longer quotes I would not be able to see the entire quote at once.

Also The space marked in grey in unused so that would make it ideal for something like longer quotes.

which is the whole point of the scroll , yes? otherwise u just display it…

I don’t think there is anything that DOES today what you ask… I was pointing to things that can provide technical content to create one

Thank you very much unfortunately I don’t have the technical skills to convert or adapt any of the existing modules to do this.
