Alexapi not working

Hi, I have installed alexapi on my raspberry pi 4 but it is not working. I have installed alexapi from this website
(https://github.com/alexa-pi/AlexaPi/wiki/Installation).
When I call alexa then I do not get any respone. I mean the alexapi is not working. Please help me with it. When I tried to check the service by this command (sudo systemctl status AlexaPi.service) then the output are as follows:-● AlexaPi.service - Alexa client for all your devices
