Problem with electron
-
Hello everyone,
I’m trying to install MM on a normal desktop pc. I successfully installed Raspbian Desktop and downloaded MM + Node + pm2. Unfortunately when the system boots up, the MM screen shows up for 10-15 seconds then disappears and the normal Raspbian Desktop shows up.
In terminal
when I go to “cd MagicMirror/”
Then I type “pm2 stop all”
followed by "npm start:
The result is:
micmirror@2.14.0 start DISPLAY="${DISPLAY:=0}" ./node_modules/.bin/.electron js/electron.js sh:1 ./node_modules/.bin/electron: not foundCan it be a problem because the PC is not a RaspberryPi? Or there is something else incompatible with the PC and Electron?
Thank you in advance!

@ex0hanz its not incompatible with.
ive run that same combo without problem
can u look at node_modules/.bin and see whats there.
how did u install, git clone & npm install? or my automated script?
if u do
cd ~/MagicMirror npm startdoes mm run?
is the user issuing pm2 resurect the same that did the pm2 save? and NOT root or sudo
