            I changed the Location and took out the Location ID, seems to be working correctly now. My code:

            	{
            		module: 'currentweather',
            		position: 'top_right',
            		config: {
            			location: 'WINDBER,US',
            			locationID: '',  //ID from http://www.openweathermap.org
            			appid: '48588f342a2ec0786f66876ef390757c'
            		}
            	},

            	{
            		module: 'weatherforecast',
            		position: 'top_right',
            		header: 'Weather Forecast',
            		config: {
                        		location: 'WINDBER,US',
            			locationID: '',  //ID from http://www.openweathermap.org
                        		appid: '48588f342a2ec0786f66876ef390757c'
            		}
            	},
