Help please

Hello everyone. I’m new to the forum and new to building magic mirrors 🙄

I have installed the 75/25 mirror
Installed the 55inch ir frame around the mirror
Installed the 43inch tv.

When I run spark booth the ir just doesn’t work. It is registering and responding back to front. I’m aware it will need calibrating but have no idea what software to use for windows 10 ?

Also is it possible to have the laptop in landscape and the tv in portrait ?
I have tried all settings and just can’t seem to get the tv in portrait unless the laptop is meaning using the laptop on its side. Which is pretty tricky 🤯.
