      This is the css I use in my custom.css file to get a semi transparent shadowbox with rounded corners on my modules to make them easier to read over the slideshow background.

       .normal,
       .dimmed,
       header,
       body {
              color: #fff;
       }
      
       .module {
              background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.4);
              border-radius:15px;
              padding: 10px;
       }
