        I have made the changes in audio input and audio output. I am having a doubt that will the changes be saved even after rebooting the pi.

              @biswajeet i ‘believe’ these ‘settings’ are persistent,…

                        @biswajeet yes, there are modules that do that , see the 3rd party list

                        some modules (GoogleAssistant) add that to their capabilities thru extensions (Assistant2Display)
