Compliments Module Customisation

Hi There,
Is there any way to merge two of the compliments headers into one so that what is displayed is dependent on the TIME OF DAY and the WEATHER?
i.e. morning + rain = “It’s a raining morning!”
I’d also be interested to hear if it’s possible to customise dependent on the day of the week.
i.e. morning + wednesday = “We’re halfway through the working week!”
Any help would be much appreciated.
