What are some good budget drawing monitors for beginners ?

Right now I want to be able to draw on the computer in Krita or another open source drawing program.
I found the XP-Pen ( https://www.xp-pen.com ) display drawing tablet for pretty cheap, and i’m wondering whether it’s worth it for me to buy or not. I’m a beginner, but I want to become a freelance digital artist. I have read some reviews about some model of this brand, but it’s still confusing.
My budget is around or under 300, however I would consider higher price (less than 600) if it’s reasonable and worth my money.
