But please do not forget to mention that you first ordered from me yourself
I have mentioned that in the first post, but deliberately haven’t mentioned your name, not to harm your reputation.
@Goldjunge_Chriz said in New 2-way mirror supplier - lower prices and lead times:
copied my complete shipping concept including the shipping box I developed brazenly
I haven’t copied anything, I improved on top of your concept and proposed to the people here fair shipping prices based on weight and destination and not flat shipping rate.
@Goldjunge_Chriz said in New 2-way mirror supplier - lower prices and lead times:
have made me bad several times here in this thread to promote your own mirror
I have only compared what I have, your and my mirror.
@Goldjunge_Chriz said in New 2-way mirror supplier - lower prices and lead times:
wanted to make my mirror bad by worse positioning, different angles and deliberate misleading
That is not true. Let me know at which angle you’d like me to put both mirrors at and I will do it. It was already confirmed by people who have your mirror and mine that mine is better. I would have never posted a video comparison if it was not requested by the users.
@Goldjunge_Chriz said in New 2-way mirror supplier - lower prices and lead times:
give you a “business advantage”
I donate all the money, ALL, not the profit, but ALL money to a child cancer fund and I can post here all the receipts for my donations, so I am not doing business here, I have a very well-paid job and do that as a courtesy to the community of fellow DIYers.

Hi ivanov,
I am pimping up my 4 years old MM, which currently have a 50x70 plexi glass. I want to make it bigger, and use this time real glass. (the plexi was an experiment, which turned out quite good ;).
The size I am considering is 100x70cm.Currently there is a black foil on the back of plexi glass, which I’ve added myself after the delivery. It is - obviously - not covering the whole: where the monitor is, there is no black foil.
Is you glass delivered with this foil already attached? Sorry if this is trivial, but I just cannot seems to figure this out on the posts here… You are mentioning in your first post “when sending the foil drawing,…”, so I guess this is what you are talking about. But let’s make this clear ;).
Secondly, is there a way to drill holes on the glass? I mean, can I request holes to be drilled? My plexiglass is screwed to a wooden frame, and I like it pretty much: easy to disassemble the MM, even when it is attached to the wall. So I would like to keep the concept. The 4 screws are covered with a golden metal cup, so they look decent…
And last, but not least, what price should I expect for the 100x70cm glass delivered to the Netherlands?
Regards,
Tamas -
Hello Tamas!
Yes, the foil is already attached to the mirror when you receive it.
Yes, holes can be drilled.
I will send you a price quote a bit later. -
@tcsabina the mirror would be 334,30 EUR (price with 4 x 6 mm holes in the corners and polished edges) and the shipping would be 49 EUR.
FYI The minimum diameter of the holes is 6 mm -

Hi @Ivanov_d ,
Sorry for being late on the reply. Have some busy period…
I will definitely need one, but not exactly sure about the size. If it is not too much to ask, could you give me prices for 90x70 and 80x70 models as well?
How many days to consider for transport?Regards,
Tamas -
@tcsabina no worries. Do you want the prices with holes or just rectangular shape with no holes? The shipping usually takes 3-5 days.
-
By any chance you can ship to singapore?
-
@1a2a3a I could. Just give me a size so I can send a shipping quote.
-
@Ivanov_d say 56*26?
-
Hey,
can you also supply a mirror that is stable enough so that I can also use it as a (cupboard) door?
regards
-
@jkkopp I am unaware of such strong two-way mirror. I am guessing that if it is put in a wooden or aluminum frame with hinges it might do the trick, but I haven’t tried that.

Apologies for the delayed reply. The supplier has in a New Year’s break for quite a while and was not responding to me.
The price of a 56x26 cm with polished edges, insured and delivered to Singapore would be 155,37 EUR (65,37 for the mirror and 90 is the shipping)

Bumping the thread as few folks PM’d me if I still do this - yes, I still do but the prices have changed since I last posted here so PM me for a accurate estimate.

Hey, Ivanov! It’s awesome to see someone not just offering a great product but also making sure that every cent goes to a good cause — huge respect for that. Before I jump in and support either by ordering a mirror or contributing to your donation efforts, I’d love to clarify a few things. How does the mirror handle prolonged exposure to high humidity, especially in a bathroom setup? Also, when it comes to the laser-cut foil, do you offer customization for intricate designs, or is there a limitation on detail level? And lastly, since you’re shipping these out individually, do you have a rough estimate on the cost to, say, Germany?
-
@Alannow apologies for the delayed reply, I somehow missed the email notification that there is a new reply in the thread.
Here is the graph of the humidity in my bathroom for the past month:

the mirror stands strong in such conditions 4th year now …
As to the foil … it can be cut in any size and shape, but there are limitations in the shape of the mirror, so please share your idea so I can check if is feasible or not :)
The rough estimated shipping to Germany is ~ 25 EUR

Hello @Ivanov_d , I would like to order a mirror with a size of 60x40 cm. Delivery to France. How much would this cost? Thanks.
