When clock module is displayed it shifts other modules

Hi, when the original clock module is shown (top bar) it pushes all other modules down. Can this be changed in the css? if yes how? Then I still have the following problem: if the module Openmap-weather is active and the module Globe disappears the module Weather after 1 sek. Can it be helped?

1st in position in config.js will be at the top of that position
next at that position will be below the 1st …

Irgendwie können hier Bilder nicht hochgeladen werden. Habe die Anordnung in der config geändert aber wenn das Modul “Zeit” eingeblendet wird verschieben sich alle restlichen Module nach unten.
