Modules are not displayed on all display devices

Hello everyone,
I have the problem that modules are displayed e.g. on my laptop and when I enter the IP:8080 in the Iphone, the module is not displayed…

what can this be? what can I do to remedy the situation?

some are using the latest javascript language idioms which some (older) browsers do not support
