Camera on screen

I can’t make my camera to work on the mirror i am trying to make a color analysis and makeup filter for the magic mirror and i can’t make the 1st step to work I am trying to show what the camera can see realtime but it doesn’t work

what type camera you are using,
and what modules you have tried

MagicMirror doesn’t have any built in support for displaying a camera feed

@sdetweil i’m using a pi cam v2 and i have tried using the camera modules from the 3rd party modules it only display a black screen on the magic mirror but it opens a different tab for the camera
