    @timdows you should add a git pre-commit hook to run prettier for whoever…

    here is mine
    .pre-commit

    FILES=$(git diff --cached --name-only --diff-filter=ACMR "*.js" "*.jsx *.json" | sed 's| |\\ |g')
    [ -z "$FILES" ] && exit 0
    
    # Prettify all selected files

    # Add back the modified/prettified files to staging
    echo "$FILES" | xargs git add
    
    exit 0
    

    and an npm postinstall script to copy to the git folder

    cp .pre-commit .git/hooks
