      Is there a way to change the size/resolution of the VNC window (using x11vnc)? Currently it looks like this on my laptop.

      like this

      It looks correct on the monitor I have for it, it would just be nice not having to lug the monitor around while I’m working on development.

        Never mind, I found the answer. If anyone is searching for this in the future, in /boot/config.txt, set

        hdmi_force_hotplug=1
        hdmi_group=2
        hdmi_mode=82
