I’m saying that i’m using the swap code from the URL you gave me! But this works like a charm for different module at the same location! What I’m trying to do it’s to rotate the same module with different configuration at the same place!
I’m using the iFrame module to display some graphic from Grafana and I would need to “rotate” a couple of them on MM at the same location! So instead of having 3-4 iFrame at the same time, I will alternate all of them at the same location to save on space!

Did you ever figure this out? I’m interested in the same thing

@PointPubMedia @cnelso24 Hey, I have just had a PR accepted that adds several config options that should help you
-
@amanzimdwini have a look at the latest version, I think it will have some of the features you are looking for

Thanks!
Is it possible to rotate multiple module definition of the same name ? I mean I’m using MMM-iFrame couple of time on the screen but would like to have only 1 place with multiple iFrame rotating…
-
@PointPubMedia yes, if all your iframes are in the same “position” (say top_left)on the page then this config should do it:
{ module: 'MMM-Carousel', config: { transitionInterval: 10000, mode: 'positional', top_left: {enabled: true, ignoreModules: [], overrideTransitionInterval: 10000}, } },
-
works great, thank you!
-
@izanbard But with positional I can’t ignore module ?
-
@PointPubMedia yes you can, but you do it by position. Read the config above and see if you can work out in the positional settings you ignore modules per position. Hint it is between enabled and overrideTransitionInterval.

@izanbard said in Display modules in a carousel:

Working fine ;)
That’s perfect!thanks mate!
