Hi guys,
I haven’t found anything that fit what I had in mind so I made it.

Features:

• show a random quote on the screen
• configure update interval
• translation on the fly of the quote in the language of your choice
• renew the quote from your module, the api or kalliope assistant

@sispheor works like a charm and this is exactly what I was looking for.
Thanks a lot.

Mine is stuck at ‘Loading’. It did that at the time of loading a new quote.
Am I missing something?
If I restart pi the module is still doing the same thing.

@jazzkitt UPDATE: it loads a new quote if I restart the mirror. I am using pm2 to restart the mirror.

@jazzkitt Weird, I haven’t had this issue so far. Did you try with a small update delay to see if it’s a connection issue or something like that?

@sispheor whatever it was, could probably have been temporary. I did not change anything but now it’s loading a new quote.
