Curious to know what option you went for if any as I am in the same position and by co-incidence bought the same touchscreen monitor. Did you try the one-way mirror vinyl or are you looking at overlay frame?

Yes I did search before posting.

These IR overlays are designed to work with Samsungs proprietary smart mirror system hence the question as to whether it would be compatible.

The question was whether anyone had success implementing magic mirror with these rather than overlays in general

I’ve been looking at touchscreen overlays and normally these are very expensive. This range though looks very reasonably priced
Does anyone have any experience of using these overlays with MagicMirror?
