RE: Homebridge and MM?
@shagui2211 thank you I wasn’t sure if I was being a little crazy… did you manage to get HomeKit and MM to interact via homebridge? Any tips or advice? I’m looking for a way to change what’s on the MM in relation to who is using it, maybe an nfc nearby or something triggering the screen to turn on and show that persons page or the can just use the mirror…

RE: What do you love about your MM ?
Thank you that really helps, it’s such an interesting project and I’m really interested to see what I can do with it.

What do you love about your MM ?
Hi,
I’m just wondering, what do love about your magic mirror?Do you have specific uses or modules?
What makes it useful for you?
Thank you,

RE: Introduce yourself!
I’m Roger, I’m in the UK, I usually work on cloud systems (Salesforce and Hubspot) but I have a soft spot for Linux and I’m very interested in smart Home stuff… I want to do something with HomeKit.
And stumbled upon MM… and considering if I should make one…
I also like to mend ancient sewing machines and occasionally I sew something…

Homebridge and MM?
Hi,
I’m considering a smart Home project using HomeKit, and I really want to include a magic mirror, so I thought about including homebridge,Has anyone else done this successfully?
Did you have to put the homebridge on a separate raspberry pi or can they both go on the same pi?
I’m mostly interested in voice control to turn the monitor on and off via Siri. (And adding other devices to homebridge like a vacuum. )
Any other thoughts or ideas gratefully received.
Thank you
