Hello friends. Hopefully, you are well and good. "By searching on Google. From there, I learned that my computer had a system file problem. Because after applying a command (sfc / scannow) mentioned here, my computer problem (Unable to install MM) is solved. But I don’t know if this is the permanent solution or not. Have you any other suggestions in this regard? If yes, please provide me if possible.

that command is Windows as well.
