Apologies…I’m sure all of this has been answered, but I couldn’t find it.

I have my Magic Mirror software how I like it and I’m ready to actually build my physical smart mirror. I’d like it to be quality while keeping costs down as much as possible.

        - Do I need to get anything besides the tv, touch screen overlay, mirror, and frame?

I was thinking of this tv: https://tinyurl.com/smartmirrortv
    and this overlay: https://tinyurl.com/smartmirroroverlay
    - Are the monitor and touch screen that I selected good?
    - Where is the cheapest good place to order the mirror?
    - Where is a good and inexpensive place to get the frame?
    - What do I need to know when ordering the frame?
    - Also, I got a sample of a two way mirror from twowaymirrors.com and it wasn’t as reflective as I would have liked. It looked a little too dark for me to shave using the mirror. What reflectivity/tramission percentage worked well for you?

Thank you so much for your help!

@raspberrypi9 the ir touch frame will be a problem visually out in front of the glass.

@sdetweil How do most people handle the IR touch screen? Is it possible to use a box frame that has a lip that covers the edge of the touch screen?

@sdetweil My original bathroom mirror is 65". I’m not sure I can afford to make a 65" in smart mirror to replace it, but it depends on the cost of the glass, so I’m hoping you can recommend an inexpensive place to order a two way mirror.
