      Hello,
I’m using a 27" Samsung monitor in portrait mode with a Raspberry Pi 4 to replace our monthly paper calendar.

I wants it to resemble a skylight calendar rather than a mirror.

I’ve got the Raspberry Pi OS and MM2 up and running, and vdirsyncer is successfully syncing our shared iCloud calendar. However, I’m encountering a parsing error with the .ics file while trying to use MMM-CalendarExt2 to display an upcoming list in the top left and a monthly view in the center.

I’m also having trouble getting bomweather to work for displaying the weather in Australia.

Should I consider using CalendarExt3 instead?

Any suggestions for implementing a light-mode color scheme? Will I need to edit the .css files to achieve this?

@darlacollado calendarExt3 gets its events from the default calendar module

Yes, for skylight you will have to adjust css for everything
All changes go into custom.css to override those specified by MagicMirror and modules.

Remember that modules are see thru to view the background
