Hey Forum,
I’m searching for a (cheap) 24" monitor that doesn’t show messages like ‘no signal’ if the HDMI port of the pi is turned off.

Did you find a monitor?
I have the same problem with my 32’’ screen.
HDMI logo and “no signal” … bad :-(
