Please create a config file problem

Hi,
when i boot up my MM it says “please create a config file” even do i just installed and there is a config file in the MM folder.
please help :) -

Does the config.js file pass the internal config check? This will help you determine that:
Run:
cd ~\MagicMirror
npm run config:check -
