I’m on the final stretch of my MM setup. I have an extra ST Motion Sensor and am working on the sleep/wake setup. Any advice on if I would be able to connect the Motion Sensor from ST via zigbee to my raspberry pi 3 B+ without purchasing anything extra, or am I better off to just purchase a PIR motion sensor? Thought I would ask if anyone has done this and has instructions?

    Thanks in advance,

You would probably be best with just a PIR motion sensor. I’m not sure why you would need IOT motion detector. Seems like overkill and a waste of money.
